Vegetarian Recipe – Pizza

PIZZA
50 minutes from start to finish
Makes 8 pizzas about 10cm round.
Dairy Free! Gluten Free!
 
Prepare 2 biscuit trays with baking paper.
BASE:
3 cups hot water
1 tea. bouillon
 
Bring to the boil in a saucepan.
¾ cup polenta
 
Slowly add polenta stirring constantly.
When boiling, turn to low heat, stirring until it thickens.
Remove from heat.

Vegetarian Recipe – Chickpea Salad

CHICKPEA SALAD
20 minutes from start to finish, includes making dressing.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked fresh chickpeas OR 2 x cans chickpeas (drained)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 red capsicum (finely chopped)
3 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped)
Soy ginger dressing – enough for your own liking.
Partially blend chickpeas in a food processor.
Transfer to a bowl.
Prepare other ingredients and to chickpeas.
