Alternatives to Pasta

“WHAT?! Eat Your Pasta and Stay Slim too??”

Rice PastaNo, it’s not too good to be true. Traditional pastas which are made of mostly wheat will build fat in your body if you eat too much. However, if you were to substitute wheat pastas with rice or corn pastas you and your children will be much better off. These are not fattening and are much more nutritious, look great on your plate and to be totally honest, all my guests say “You can’t tell the difference”.  This is a great way of giving your family less wheat products. The healthy pasta comes in most of your favourite shapes too, even lasagne sheets.
