Use soaked dates instead of sugar on gluten free cereals, and rice milk instead of cows milk. It is very yummy, healthy, gluten free and dairy free with no added bad sugars – only the natural sugar in the dates. The sugar from the dates comes out into the water and makes a beautiful syrup.
Most people eat too much wheat products, dairy and bad sugars. These foods alone in high quanties are bad for your health.
